Foundations – From 1998 to 2025

In 1998, at just 19 years old, Mr. Rajesh Omprakash Dubey — known as Raj Dubey — was recognized by Loksatta as a pioneering young entrepreneur. Tall, confident, and with the presence of a film hero, he was no actor. He was a self-made small-scale industrialist who entered the business of computer assembling and accessories manufacturing at a time when unemployment was widespread, and opportunities were scarce.

While many of his generation waited for secure jobs, Raj chose a different path: self-work and enterprise. He began designing and supplying products such as:

Computer dust covers
Computer files
Mouse pads
Floppy storage boxes
Conference bags
Anti-glare screens
CD storage boxes
CD cleaning kits

Alongside, he built a service line of computer assembling, repairing, and supplying parts — establishing both manufacturing credibility and service reliability.

Impact Beyond Business

His vision went further. Through his operations in suburban Mumbai, Raj provided employment to over 70 boys and girls, giving dignity to those who lacked opportunities.

With the Om Shanti Charitable Organization, he placed unemployed youth in roles without charging a single rupee, proving enterprise could also be social responsibility.

He was felicitated by the Hafkin Institute in 1994, later honored as Best Social Worker of the Year, and recognized by cultural institutions. Yet, he avoided showmanship, staying away from the limelight, letting his work speak.

From Then to Now

That same ethos runs through RajISG today in 2025.

In 1998, Raj proved that resilience and manufacturing spirit could transform lives.

In 2025, RajISG carries forward those same values — resilience, adaptability, and trust — but on a broader canvas, blending technology, creativity, security, and guidance.
